POM-Private's idea

Kowalski is incapable of going to Invexpo due to, ironically, science breaking his legs and is force to live in a closed captivity area to get better.
Private has an idea to keep Kowalski happy and from going insane, but Skipper and Rico aren't too thrill about it. XD
