This was done out of random but it came out so wonderful and I feel Jester's back story is pretty much sum up.

She survived from the nuclear bomb. She's been exposed to high radioactivity from Taxes (a mutant animal in the wasteland who like to wear work ties for some reason...) thus her scarf natural physics change when put pressure. Her mentally and lack of food change her mind and has expose to high toxic fumes. She is a visionary. To deal with these visions interrupting her she draws them down to regain some sort of peace till the next one comes.

She can see Captain's army past, present and rarely the future. She can't do anything about it. She can only watch it happen before her very eyes.

A decent backstory. I did it. :]
Just wish I can change her name....
